The Role


The Role


To handle the following tasks:

1. Operations :
• Cash management
• Transactions
• Remittances (both local and international)
• Card issuance

2. Sales:
• Loans- both Personal Loans and Housing Loan
• Account opening
• Credit cards

3. Customer service:
• Answer to enquiries
• Handle complaints
• Assist with quires of bank services

4. Customer migration:
• Convert customers from branch banking to electronic banking

5. Customer satisfaction:
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly following up with customers to provide them with their needs and/or alternative solutions

1. Focusing on customer needs by listening, clarifying and identifying the most appropriate solution/product
2. Analytical thinking capabilities
3. Extensive knowledge of most products/services offered by the bank and its competitors
4. Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, policies and procedures
5. Ability to deliver service levels exceeding industry standards
6. Ability to work with other team members and to share responsibilities
7. Ability to cross-sell and up-sell

Requirements

• A candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Banking OR Diploma Holder with 2 years of customer services experience OR, High School Degree with a minimum of 4 years of, Customer Services Experience
• Should be Omani
• Should be completely familiar with organization's service manual, teller training manual and policies
• Should be able in focusing of customer needs by listening, clarifying and identifying the most appropriate solution/product
• Analytical thinking capabilities
• Should have extensive knowledge of most products/services offered by the bank and its competitors
• Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, policies and procedures
• Should be able to deliver service levels exceeding industry standards
• Should be able to work with other team members and to share responsibilities
• Ability to cross-sell and up-sell
• Able to work in shift bases
