Job description / Role
- Data collection and analysis of business requirements and detailed description of business processes;
- Harmonization of requirements and functional specifications with other project participants.

Requirements
- University degree in geology. The following higher educational institutions are preferred: Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University, Perm State University, Novosibirsk State University, Russian State Oil and Gas University,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of Upstream industrial business processes and innovations in the area of mining, extraction, pressure maintenance, making exploitation of field facilities etc;
- Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycles including development of IT solutions as per state and industry standards;
- Knowledge of software and hardware solutions used in decision-making for oil and gas companies in the Upstream;
- Experience in development of project documents (TOR, the methodology, designing decisions);
- Fluent Russian and English speaker.
DESIRED
- Experience in project consulting (Gazprom Neft, Rosneft, Lukoil, TNK-BP, Surgutneftegaz);
- Experience in development of concepts and strategies for IT - development and Upstream industrial services;
- Re-engineering of Upstream business production processes;
- Development of IT applications to support Upstream business processes;
- Knowledge of vendors and software specialized in Upstream.
