Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting for an experience Urban Designer with between 4-7 years experience to join an international consultancy based in Dubai.
Ideally you should be based in the UAE and have international, Middle East and UAE master planning experience of residential, leisure and mixed-use projects. Suitable applicants will have good understanding of local and international master planning standards and excellent design skills in AutoCAD, InDesign & Abode Suite & Sketch-Up. Revit knowledge would also be beneficial however not essential.
My client is looking for someone with a recognized Urban Design Qualification and background in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
You should have experience of working on large-scale master plans. With a minimum of 4 years practical work experience you will be have design flair and ability.
Working within a team you will take on responsibility for urban design and master plans on multiple project covering residential, leisure and mixed-use projects. You should also have interpersonal skills and client handling competences.
Requirements
A Qualified Master Planner / Urban Designer with between 4-7 years experience
