The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking qualified Urban Planners who will be responsible for contributing to master plans for the regulation and development of urban areas for some of the most prestigious and internationally recognised projects within the region. These roles are a vital and integral part of our Strategy, Planning and Urban Development Division. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Proven ability to lead and interact with technical professions including urban design, transportation, infrastructure, finance, and real estate development. • Experience with land use and development regulations at a district and parcel level within the GCC region. • Experience in the implementation of major new Master Planning initiatives on new and existing urban precincts. • Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful Client relationships at all levels. |
RequirementsRequirementsBA in Urban Planning/Architecture Engineering. Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience. Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic will be viewed favorably. Membership of a recognised national planning, architecture or landscape association is preferred, together with prior experience in the Gulf Region.
