The RoleThe RoleMy client, are a world class international Property company & are currently seeking a Professional and motivated Urban Planning Manager for a Large Mixed use project being developed in Syria. The position will be based in Dubai for the next 6-12 Months then you will be expected to relocate to site in Syria. Arab nationals only need apply due to visa restrictions. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou responsibilities are as follows: - Work with the master planners and urban designers to coordinate comprehensive Planning and Development Controls Regulation for the project. - Overseeing the technical work of the Urban Planning Specialists and provides overall work related technical and administrative support and guideline. - Developing practical, comprehensive and effective plans and programs for land use including data analysis of economic, social and environmental factors affecting land use, specifically for building applications. - Preparing reports on recommendations and measures affecting land use, public utilities, community facilities, and housing and transportation to control and guide community development. - Confers with local authorities, and land planning and development specialists to devise and recommend arrangements of land and physical facilities for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and social uses. - Keep informed about economic or legal issues involved in zoning codes, subdivision plans, building codes, or environmental regulations. - Determine the effects of regulatory limitations on projects. - Create, prepare, or requisition graphic or narrative reports on land use data. - Assess the feasibility of proposals and identify necessary changes. - Reviews and evaluates environmental impact reports and traffic impact reports applying to specified assets and programs. - Coordinate the approvals of submitted applications and liaise with developers, Architects and consultants. - Recommend approval, denial, or conditional approval of plot development applications/proposals. 10-15 Years industry & Bachelors degree are also essential to progress with this role. |
