Job description / Role
Salary: 12,000 to 16,500 plus Family Package benefits
Our client is a well-known organisation based in Dubai with a long established in manufacturing and production of food products.
Due to their expanding portfolio and facilities they are seeking an experienced Bi Lingual Legal Executive to work hand in hand with the Group Legal Manager to design and review contracts, attend meetings in a legal capacity and provide advise and support in any acquisitions and or legal matters in the company.
You will be responsible for drafting all legal documents, researching and preparing for arbitration, managing all legal files and assist the company to grow and develop minimising risk.
This is an exciting role where you want to increase your skills and take on responsibility of assisting to organise the department and provide a high level of support.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Drafting of local and international contracts
- Attending meetings in a legal capacity
- Providing legal advice and representation
- Working with external legal firms
- Preparation and Coordination of arbitration
- Draft all legal documents
- Translation
- Departmental reporting
- Support of HR department for employee relations
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in Law
- 7 Years experience in UAE
- Strong analytical skills
- Conflict and Risk Management
- Effective communication skills
