Job description / Role
We are about to enter an exciting new phase in the launch of our Used Car Certified Pre-Owned Programme.We are creating dedicated Used Car Supersites at 5 of our biggest locations. This will increase customer traffic and generate additional sales in these key locations. In order to support this growth we are looking for high performing individuals who can really make a difference.
Used cars provides a fun and challenging environment. Every used car is distinct, unique and immediately available. This makes it very fast paced and rewarding with no time wasted waiting for stock to become available and delivered to site. Cars are available for customers to drive away immediately and all have been through a full 99-point safety check for complete peace-of-mind.
Used cars are not for the faint hearted and represent the next big growth area in the UAE. This high profile area demands that Sales Associates have great product knowledge and world class closing skills alongside expertise in other brands and market trends.
The Used Car Sales Executive is primarily responsible for achieving/exceeding the targeted sales whilst ensuring that customer expectations are always met or exceeded.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology. A Highschool diploma or equivalent is essential along with previous sales experience preferably within the automotive sector.
