To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.

The Used Car Evaluator, Sales Executive - Retail is primarily responsible to maximize Trade-In opportunities arising from our showrooms by sourcing & providing best trade values to the showroom teams. Also responsible to improve Certified Pre Owned vehicles (CPOV) purchase opportunitiesur Customer Service Values and therefore our customer engagement score.

The role involves:
- Provide Showrooms opportunities to improve number of Trade Ins done through offering best market driven trade price on customer vehicle, which enables close more new car sales.
- Provide the right pricing on Certified Pre Owned Vehicles been offered to AFM during the Trade In process at showrooms to maximize CPOV acquisitions.
- Closely monitor these prospects through showroom team Screen & Approve Workshop reconditioning costs for CPOV units as per used car policy.
- Research for potential External vendors to ensure our customers get best trade-in value on their car
- Provide Demo pricing to showrooms as and when required Document and maintain all records pertaining to the area of activity and generate reports to measure business growth

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of Used car market values, showroom sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
* High School Diploma is a must; bachelor's degree desired
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Used Car Buying/purchase.

Job-Specific Skills:
* Quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
* Languages: Fluent English, Arabic an Advantage
