The RoleThe RoleA leading Banking organisation based in Dubai, UAE is currently recruiting for a talented UAT Support Officer to join their award winning operation. Job Summary This job holder is mainly responsible for managing the overall end to end UAT process related to Cards Projects. Every project initiated by the business that involves system development either on Vision+ or other systems, requires thorough testing at both system and user levels. This position will assist the Manager Project Delivery in scoping, planning and coordinating the UAT for each project. This is a critical role required for ensuring that necessary rigor is applied in testing from a user perspective, so that the system development meets the business requirements effectively. Job Responsibilities 1. Manage / Oversee User Testing • Plan the UAT / Review UAT plans submitted by vendor • Review and ensure UAT scripts are comprehensive • Review the UAT results and highlight issues • Ensure fixes are done to resolve issues identified in UAT • Ensure that developments meet the requirements of the business • Enable the timely completion of UAT 2. Multifunctional Coordination for UAT • Ensure UAT scripts are reviewed by users and signed off • Ensure user participation in UAT • Enable the timely sign off of UAT by stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsKnowledge/Skills Required • Card Operations background is a must • Familiarity with Vision PLUS is highly desirable • Previous UAT experience is required • Knowledge of the SDLC • Good documentation skills • MS Office proficiency • Fluency in spoken and written English • Positive working attitude Salary Offered : AED. 12 – 15,000 |
