Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objective:

To supervise and attend to customer service and billing concerns of Abu Dhabi Utility billing projects.

Key Accountabilities / Task:

Supervises and coordinates activities of CS Representative engaged in customer service activities but will also attend to customer calls, emails, fax, or walk in enquiries in a professional manner to provide them all necessary information as appropriate;
Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
Prepare, maintain, and issues monthly District Cooling Bills to end users
Prepare, maintain and submit monthly PLACES fees to accounts department.
Issue Payment reminders and disconnection notices.
Coordinates disconnection and reconnection of utility services
Issues instructions and assigns duties to CS Representatives.
Observes and evaluates workers\' performance.
Resolves account problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
Deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner;
Follow up customers on issues, and/or payments, as instructed;
Opens and maintains customer records by updating account information into the system;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Trains and instructs employees.
Interprets and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff.
Reviews and checks work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications for accuracy and content, and corrects errors.
Makes recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
Plans and develops improved procedures.

Other interactions : Unit Owners, Tenants, OA Manager, Developer
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date : ASAP
Probation : 6 months
Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Travel requirements : Based on Al Reem Island
Gross monthly base salary : AED7,000
Commission / Bonus : Annual Performance Review

Requirements

University qualifications : Customer Care or Hospitality
Other certifications : Customer Care or Hospitality
Previous experience : 3 - 5 years customer service in UAE.
Specialist knowledge : Face to face, telephone and email customer care knowledge.
Modern software knowledge and abilities.
Other Skills : A person with a strong presence, 'can do' attitude. A strong verbal communicator. Able to conduct meetings and deal with customer queries and problems. Customer Service, Management Skill, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
Language Skills : English
Current Residence : UAE Only. Prefer Abu Dhabi already.
