Job description / Role
PB is currently looking to recruit an Interface Manager to work on a multi-million dollar roads/infrastructure project in Doha.
The role of the Interface Manager is to be responsible for all the necessary technical and coordination support and guidance to all parties concerned during the construction period with respect to facilitating the timely issuance of utilities authorities’ approvals and permits.
Key Duties of the Interface Manager will include the following:
• Day to day liaison with relevant government bodies, local authorities and utilities companies in regards to receiving approvals
• Liaising with the construction manager in regards to the relevant permits
• Review construction drawings
• Assist in site inspections
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 10 years experience with 5 of it gained in the Middle East market
• Familiar with how utility companies in the Middle East work especially Doha
• Extensive knowledge in both dry and wet utilities
• Arabic language is an added advantage
