Job description / Role
Develop and implement strategies for utility management and operations.
Management of tank farm facilities and gas supply.
Monitor compliance on key requirements, particularly abatement regimes in the concession agreements.
Manage all the administration of the contract, analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, and corporate policies and procedures.
Provide senior management on strategies to mitigate risk.
Liaise with key clients on the monthly, quarterly and annual requirements, as and when needed.
Negotiate with new and existing clients.
Work within the local authority guidelines.
Develop and manage emergency response programs.
Set and ensure adherence with safety and quality standards and procedures.
Make sure the company and product provided are compliant with the regulations.
Oversee the call centre operation, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Broad experience and proficiency in administration, project management, construction, operations, maintenance, emergency response and regulatory compliance.
Experience in dealing with senior member of key clients, and key sub contractors in the gas distribution field.
Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
Organized and attention to detail.
Good problem solving skills.
Overall experience of 15 years (at a minimum) in the field.
Minimum 5 years in supervisory/managerial role.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
