Utility Technician

Job description / Role

One of the world's largest and leading international engineering consultancies is seeking to recruit a Utility Technician for a position based in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will work as part of the utilities team delivering a range of tasks relating to drainage infrastructure design and planning. You will provide both office and site-based technical support and review utilities interfaces against other infrastructure developments.

Requirements

To apply candidates should meet the following criteria:
-Hold a degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
-Have an established background in a similar position working on water and waste water infrastructure projects.
-Have knowledge of Geographical Information Systems, such as 'Mapinfo'.
-Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
-Arabic is a plus, but not an essential.
