The RoleThe RoleVAS Planning Expert, Northern Iraq Our client, a global telecommunications organization is looking for a VAS Planning Expert to join its dynamic team in Northern Iraq. Responsibilities: • Monitor subscriber behavior in order to plan effectively. • Achieve the marketing goals and maintain a stable network. • VAS design and plan of projects based upon company’s vision. • Liaise with IN, NSS, BSS, Roaming, Billing and Infrastructure planning. • Define VAS (SMSC, SMSGW, MMS, WAPGW, MDSP, VMS, USSDGW, CRBT, WelcomeSMS) network structure for expansion and design interconnection (SS7, Trunk and TCP/IP) with other elements. |
RequirementsRequirements• At least 3 years experience with Huawei VAS Products (SMSC, SMSGW, MMS, WAPGW, MDSP, VMS, USSDGW, CRBT, WelcomeSMS). • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any other related field. • Knowledge of GSM architecture, especially IN network structure. • A good understanding of SS7, TCP/IP is essential.
