An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Visual Merchandise Manager to join a leading fashion retailer in Dubai.

As a Visual Merchandise Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Create exciting and inspirational customer-focused visual merchandising for all the stores.
· Be aware of all customer insight and competitor analysis and help implement visual blueprints across numerous stores.
· Plan and organise merchandise in line with company strategy.
· Build, develop and manage your team across many locations.

Requirements

Visual Merchandise Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

· Previous visual merchandising experience, ideally within a blue chip retailer.
· People management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
· Strong creativity, planning and organisational skills.
· Key people development and communication skills.
