The Role


The Role

Our Client a well-established and prominent real estate and property investment organization in Egypt is looking to recruit a VP AUDIT to initiate a more strategic insight into the business model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Conduct risk assessment of financial activities.

*Assist in the development of the audit work plan and follow up on implementation status.

*Verify documentation relating to transactions and ensure compliance with exposure and authority limits, and other limits and framework approved by the management.

*Supervise & direct Internal Auditors. Give direction, review output and formulate findings & recommendations for enhancement of performance across the organization.

*Develop solutions to counter financial weaknesses and for business controls, risk assessment and quality controls.

*Anticipate business problems through the Audit process. Evaluate impact and recommend solutions.

*Prepare audit reports with analysis, appraisals, and recommendations.

*Create awareness and ensure implementation of controls as well as sound business practices & processes.

*Introduce effective input to functional levels in respect to investment decisions, strategies and feasibility studies.

*Contribute in the development of corporate policies, financial systems and procedure and the implementation of effective controls that lend to accurate reporting of financial results.

*The above is to ensure the strategic alignment to business by improving controls, minimizing costs and enhancing business performance.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

*Professionally qualified CPA / CA /CIA / MBA Finance
*Excellent report writing skills
*Should possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
*Should be familiar in auditing in an EDP environment.

SALARY: EGP 55,000/-
