Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. Supervise the preparation of plans and marketing programs for the company's products and control application access to the largest possible share of the market.
2. Overseeing the study markets in order to increase sales and open new markets size.
3. Overseeing the preparation of the company's catalogs of products that deal with the company and prepare lists.
4. Follow-up of current and potential customers and find out their opinions on the company's products and services.
5. Oversees the marketing processes through the analysis of the relevant sectors in order to increase profitability.
6. Strategic marketing plans for the company's business determines in order to increase profitability in coordination with subordinates.
7. Creating a competitive advantage for the company in the market in order to increase profitability and meet the demands of customers
8. Overseeing the development of advertising plans of the company and that reflect the company's image through effective advertising channels in order to connect the product (service) to targeted customers.
9. Tracks and monitors periodically various media and what it presents topics.
10. Overseeing the development of relations with customers and the media, through seminars and field visits and seminars in order to familiarize them with the company's services.
11. Works on regular marketing and research that will identify the needs and desires of customers and measure customer impression of the products and services provided by the company and competitors perform.
12. Works to provide efficient and effective systems for managing information and your marketing activities performance evaluation.
13. He should work on the development of the concept of quality in the services provided.
14. Works on the study of marketing expenses in line with the estimated budget set for the publicity and advertising expenses in order to avoid any deviations budget.
15. Supervision of the branch managers and managers of customer relationship marketing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing 8 years experience in the field of work, of which 5 years in the field of banks or certificate of financial services companies CME1.
2. Fully familiar with the products and services offered in the market from competitors.
3. Fully familiar with the company's products and services.
4. Marketing and selling skills.
5. Administrative and supervisory skills.
6. Negotiation skills and persuasion.
