Job description / Role
Our client, a Gulf based bank, is a specialist in a range of areas. These include corporate advisory, asset management, structured and project finance and GCC capital markets activities.They are looking to build on successes from previous years. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Head of Innovation for their Saudi, Khobar office.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Create and drive the ‘innovation’ generation culture
- Create the infrastructure for gathering, developing and organizing innovative ideas.
- Overseeing the retail innovation process and chairing the Retail Innovation Committee
- Conducting initial screening and due diligence on submitted ideas.
- Leading the Innovation team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering or technology preferred, MBA or other Advanced Degree desirable
- Over 5 years managerial or consulting experience
- Expertise in technology usage both as a personal user and in work
- Experience in driving new projects with clear examples of innovation
- Experience of the Middle East Markets and specifically KSA
- Demonstrated ability for innovative solution
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Arabic is an advantage
