Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi they offer wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800,000 million. They are currently looking for a VP Private & Institutional Client Investment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set, agree and evaluate sales and service targets for the Wealth Management Division.
- Monitor actual performance against targets in terms of fee income and other revenue and reset targets, where necessary, for revenue per employee and value generated per customer.
- Manage the process of communicating and target setting for Wealth Management Division product launches.
- Manage the development, implementation and continuous improvement of sales and sales management processes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of regional sales activities.
- Manage the design of cross-selling, account acquisition and account retention campaigns.
- Manage the development, implementation and administration of the sales incentive scheme.
- Set and review quality standards throughout the Wealth Management Division in terms of processing times response times and issue resolution.
- Prepare customer service policies and procedures for the Distribution sales teams and communicate to all relevant employees. Provide training as required and monitor their application.
- Champion understanding of the consumer base through reviewing feedback on service quality, Take appropriate action and communicate to the sales teams.
- Conduct Cross Functional Process Mapping (CFPM) workshops for critical customer service encounters and champion the implementation of ensuing recommendations.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of information on competitors to facilitate fuller understanding of competitor structure, culture, behavior, capabilities and weaknesses and facilitate the initiation of proactive business initiatives accordingly.
- Research and collect global investment banking sales best practices and translate findings into The Company.
- Provide periodic and ad hoc reports and information to the Head of Knowledge Management as required.

Requirements

- Banking experience required
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the similar field
- Relevant degree and qualifications
- Excellent communications skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Good management skills
