Job description / Role
My client, a leading Real Estate Developer that is a JV between an American Real Estate company and Abu Dhabi based Investment fund is seeking an exceptional Arabic speaking Residential Development professional to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Residential Developments, you will be responsible for driving Business Development efforts within the Residential sector across the GCC. Very much involved at the pre-concept and concept level, this role is not an engineering/design related assignment and is more focused on the analysis/due diligence/feasibility of residential real estate projects across the region.
Requirements
- Arabic speaking is a MUST
- At least 8+ years experience working in either a leading consultancy/advisory practice or real estate development company
- Solid financial experience including financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, investment analysis.
- Solid residential experience including market/niche analysis, property uses, positioning, pricing, demand/supply analysis for rent or sale.
- University educated from a recognized university
- MBA or Masters qualified
- Proven experience in discussing/negotiating third party operators and similar agreements,
