The RoleThe RoleA rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, motivated, energetic and entrepreneurial star, to join an established family business, as VP Sales within its' food manufacturing division. The main premise is to lead and direct the total sales teams to meet or exceed sales budgetary objectives across region(s) and/ or countries as assigned by company top management. As a member of the senior management, actively participate in shaping the business strategies and goals of the company. Typical Duties will include: * Plan, prepare and obtain approval on Company's Sales plans and objectives as well sales and distribution targets. * Create and execute Company Sales Go-To-Market and operational strategies to achieve business objectives. * Direct and manage sales division employees; hire, supervise develop and mentor sales managers and direct reports and to a large extent, indirect reports. This will include ensuring that training needs are identified and provided. * Assist in various Selling activities and directly involve in sales relationship with high profile customers as well as setting and reviewing key sales benchmarks in volume, share, distribution and penetration. *5 Continually work on improving operational effectiveness of the sales organization via enhancing productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction * Work closely with the Marketing Department and teams to develop programs to the trade and consumers aiming at generating budgeted * Create an effective, efficient and productive sales organization. * Upgrade Capabilities and capacities of team to execute Sales Strategies and deliver results. * Set standards of performance, coach and train individuals and manage team through KPI. |
RequirementsRequirementsDue to language requirements, only native Arabic speakers can be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be a university graduate in Business Administration, with at least 15 years experience in sales, with the last 3-5 being within key trade accounts. Candidates must come from within the FMCG food manufacturing industry, with a demonstrable successful track record in Key Account Management. The successful candidate must be willing to travel around the GCC and wider area as needed, this role is based in Dubai, but wider travel - on occasion - will be necessary. |
