VP Sales

Job description / Role

Our client is an international organization providing logistical support and integrated services to Oil & Gas, Mining and Construction companies in International areas such as Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Latin America and North America.

Our client is currently recruiting a VP Sales to help to define and to implement the development strategy of the group. You will be working closely with the Country Managers and the Senior Management team to identify new revenue streams and to grow and strengthen the current company's market position.

Requirements

- Market knowledge: Oil& Gas and/or Mining and/or Construction
- Fluent English + another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or French)
- Strong sales background and experience (preferably with large corporate organization)
- Strong management skills (Senior Manager, International Sales Director)
- International experience (EMEA, North America, South America,...)
- Ability to define and implement a strategy across numerous countries and regions
