Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a top Fortune 500 Management Support Services group, based in Dubai who are looking to hire a VP of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR for their Middle East operations.
You will be responsible for global programs (customised for regional needs) for total rewards, talent acquisition and organisational as well as employee development and diversity. You will work closely with the global COE and Senior HR Leaders to focus on advancing the companys strategic goals and define the strategic talent management needs of the organisation. You will be responsible for facilitating organisation and leadership development efforts across the Middle East (in conjunction with EMEA standards) and develop and implement programs based on analysis of employee relations, employee surveys and turnover analysis as well as implementing action plans.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 15 progressive years experience within Human Resources including 5 years in a Director level role. In addition you should have strong, solid work experience within multinational companies in the Middle East and other emerging markets. You should have a demonstrable record of leading bold strategic initiatives and delivering outstanding results. You should hold a Degree and CIPD qualification or similar. Only Western educated candidates will be considered for this role.
