The Role


The Role

Our client, a leading property developer in the Middle East is looking for a VP of Litigation to join their expanding team in the UAE. The company's projects are located in the most desirable and exclusive locations and are built to the highest quality specification that has become synonymous with the group. The role will be a general mix of property litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in the continuing development and growth of the department.
• Deal with a wide range of disputes including enfranchisement, lease disputes, breach of covenant, service charge disputes, neighbor/ boundary disputes and possession claims.

Requirements


Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with PQE 13-15 years.
• Must have a background in Law firms, and the candidate should currently be a Senior Associate or Partner handling litigation cases.
• Should have exposure in managing teams and has in depth exposure in handling litigation cases.
• Should be bilingual, with excellent writing and communication skills.
