My client is a MNC, due to expansion, they are looking to hire an experience VP of Sales for the valves division for their newly formed sales and marketing department covering the GCC region.
The position can either be based in Sharjah or Al Khobar in Saudi.

Reporting line- Senior VP
Team size- You will be responsible for building the sales and marketing team

Main Responsibilities:

To identify business opportunities for the Valve Business and be instrumental in the growth of this business in GCC region.

Create, maintain and enhance client relationships through regular contact and meetings to understand and prioritise future opportunities

Develop strategic relationships to enable formation of alliances with relevant organisation and shipyards to enhance overall attractiveness of offering.

Evaluate sales opportunities, educate the market and generate effective proposals.

Proven experience of leading a team on a high growth trajectory and should have the experience of interacting with customers in GCC countries.

Excellent communication skills

Should have the Global mindset

The person should have high orientation towards M & A activities

Should also be well networked with the decision makers of large Valve companies based at Houston, UK. Milan , Middle East

An excellent team person with exceptional skills in drawing synergy from his team members.

The person should be currently handling a P&L with revenues of at least 100-150 Million USD per annum

Should possess the traits of a business leader with high level of strategic & conceptual thinking and good commercial and financial acumen

Strong contacts within the oil and gas industry
