The RoleThe RoleAbout Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim group which is headquartered in Dubai. AFGRE is responsible for the origination, conception, development, procurement and construction of mega projects and the leasing, sales and operation of these projects after completion. In addition, AFGRE develops and operates an extensive multi-million dollar portfolio of individual corporate real estate and investment assets across the MENA region. The two current flagship mixed use urban communities under the Festival City brand are the award winning, Dubai Festival City (5.2 million square metres) and Cairo Festival City (3 million square metres). We are looking to identify an experienced Valet Supervisor, self- starter, team leader, who has the desire and drive to take the team to the highest level of Customer satisfaction. The Valet Supervisor will report to the Customer Service Manager and support him in managing the valet Operations. Responsibilities include, daily planning and overseeing the Valet business operation and the performance of service provider, and valet attendants to achieve Customer satisfaction and quality service. As well as maintaining a constant smooth operation of the valet parking services, processing payment transactions for valet usage including cash and credit cards, and keeping strict control and inventory of the vehicles within the premises. The Valet Supervisor will not only oversee, but mentor and help develop and train our team members as well as help create goals/objectives to motivate and inspire the Valet staff to continuously improve in providing service to the mall visitors. This is a hand on position, requiring a high level of interaction with the mall visitors. Key requirements of this role are: * 3-4 years of proven experience in Valet Parking * Familiarity with high quality service standards is a must. * Ability to come to work each day with the motivation to work closely with the staff, and to help provide superior customer service. * Must have the ability to make fast decisions and have good sense of judgment. * Must have management skills to counsel, train staff and conduct performance reviews. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and management. * Good computer skills, such as excel, word is required. * Ability to communicate and manage cross cultures. * Ability to resolve Customer complaints, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. |
