The Role


The Role


1. Market trending and information gathering: monitoring the new and used vehicle market to identify any changes in purchasing trends and vehicle price data, by researching newspapers, magazines, internet sites and dealer stock / price lists.
2. Relationship development & management: building working relationships with used car dealers, traders, fleet disposal staff, leasing and hiring companies, banks and finance houses and the insurance industry to assist the information gathering process.
3. Customer satisfaction: dealing with all customer complaints and resolving these to the customer's satisfaction within the limits of company policies. Customers of this position typically include any internal Al-Futtaim Group dealing with the department and external subscribers to the service.

Requirements


Requirements


Intermediate / advanced levels of PC literacy with both Microsoft Excel and Word.
A UAE driving license
High attention to detail with sound analytical skills
Well developed communication skills, to enable data extraction from those who this position will deal with.
