Our client is a leading international agency with offices in over 60 countries, our client specialises in commercial real estate across both finance and professional services and is well known for offering a high end, highly regarded service. This respected and well renowned real estate business has won a number of awards for its commitment to its staff and the service offered to clients.
Requirements
Due to movement within the Dubai office, this firm is seeking a Senior Surveyor within valuations. The successful individual will be tasked with:
Conducting commercial valuations across retail, industrial and office
Preparing feasibility studies
Negotiating fees, preparing proposals and managing timescales during the valuation process through to fee submission and subsequent collection
Building client relationships through regular contact and managing expectations
Business generation through cross selling opportunities
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy with a strong presence in the UAE. RICS qualification and middle east experience is essential for this role.
Our client is offering the successful surveyor the opportunity to progress within a leading business. Salary is up to AED 25,000 per month + health, life insurance, performance related bonus and flights home.
