We are currently recruiting a RICS qualified Surveyor to join a well known global real estate consultancy's Dubai office.
This business has been established across the MENA region for over 5 years and has developed a reputation for offering a quality, client led service. This long established international real estate business offers services to both regional and international clients and are known for offering local knowledge and understanding supported by an international reputation.
Due to movement within this team, our client is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to handle a mix workload of residential and commercial valuations on behalf of various panels.
The successful valuation surveyor will be well versed dealing with:
* Residential and commercial valuations
* Ability to conduct / keep abreast of market trends
* Ability to interpret leases
Requirements
Applicants considering this position must be RICS qualified with a minimum of 1 years’ surveying experience. Ideally surveyors applying for this position will have some experience working within the MENA / GCC region although this is not essential.

Salary will be up to AED 24,000 per month + performance related bonus.
