The Role


The Role

Level Purpose:
Support the timely delivery of contract services to customers and at competitive rates in line with company policy. Process paperwork from receipt of contract request to closing of contracts and comply with policy and procedures relating to tenders and contracts.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Timely completion of Procurement and Contracts process within cost budgets.
- Compliance with Procurement and Contracts policies and procedures.
- Compliance with company ethics policies and standards.
- Timely delivery of materials to specifications.

Requirements


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
An Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Degree in Business Administration or Law could also be considered with the relevant exposure and experience.

Minimum Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant Contracts experience preferably in the petrochemical industry.

Skills:
Commercial awareness and acumen. Ability to understand and apply contract terminology appropriately. Basic negotiation skills. Good PC/SAP skills.
