The RoleThe RoleThe role will entail: - Managing existing day- to- day operations of the company's fleet of diving DP Class 2 and 4- point mooring vessels. - Establish ISM codes for all company vessels. - Oversee all technical management and operation of vessels. - Setting yearly operating budgets for the fleet. - Conduct regular quality audits. - Develop and recruit an onshore vessel management team. - Offshore staff recruitment and performance evaluations. - Ensure all key documentation is maintained. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a Master Mariner (unlimited tonnage) with several years supervisory experience gained in service on board a foreign of US flag vessel or the same experience ashore overseeing vessel operations and maintenance. In addition knowledge of class and flag state requirements will be essential (ABS, LRS, DNV, BV) as is a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation. Surveyor experience will be considered as well. |
