Business critical appointment at Managing Director level based in TAX FREE Middle East working with a regional & channel leader.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Food manufacturing, multi site responsibility
- Multiple product category experience ideally within bakery, protein, desserts, RTE, chilled
- Full P&L responsibility & exceptional financial acumen coupled with a commercial understanding
- High level leadership and senior management experience within a food manufacturing environment
The role will oversee the entire manufacturing business unit within group with full autonomy and responsibility for the design and execution of business critical strategies to raise performance and ensure maximum profit. You will identify with your senior leadership team areas of operational improvements, supply chain requirements and new market opportunities. As such you will have a commercial mind set and strong financial acumen. It is imperative that for you to be considered for this position, you have worked extensively at a senior level within the food manufacturing industry and ideally within Europe, Australasia or North America.
You will also be responsible for identifying potential new sites/ locations for future manufacturing facilities across the MENA region.
