The RoleThe RoleLeading regional Bank seeks a Senior Finance professional to join as Vice President of Investment Banking in Kuwait. This Bank is one of the largest private sector institution banks within the GCC. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Investment Banking, this position will have autonomy and empowerment to devise and implement a strategy which will lead to originating, structuring and guiding transaction execution. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidate will hold the following attributes: - An ability to originate core advisory services across corporate finance, M & A, corporate restructuring, takeover defenses and strategic partnerships / joint ventures. - Lead all aspects of transaction execution including due diligence, transaction structuring and contract negotiation - Work closely with clients / senior management teams with the ability to develop relationships at the most senior of levels - Able to work with clients to assess, identify and execute value creating strategic options - Ability to originate deals, strong project management skills and be able to co-ordinate several transactions at one time. - Seasoned Investment banking with regional GCC with outstanding track record. - Arabic speakers preferred. |
