The RoleThe RoleOur client, a private equity and corporate finance firm focused on the emerging markets of India, the GCC and Africa. Their investment approach targets key sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure. Primary responsibilities include assisting in generation of new business ideas, structuring and documenting transactions, conducting due diligence, developing proprietary financial models and performing various analyses, conducting extensive company and industry research, overseeing and assisting in the preparation of pitch materials, marketing documents and internal commitment committee memoranda, and managing, training and mentoring analysts |
RequirementsRequirements8-10 Years experience Preferably should have industry experience in the sectors of: Agriculture , Healthcare Low cast - Housing - Real-estate Educational Energy _ Natural Resources / oil , gas and Mining |
