As a performance driven role, a high degree of insurance industry knowledge is mandatory to successfully accomplish the responsibilities assigned to the role. Responsibilities extend to relationship building with brokers and agency business development, periodic review of premium dues and collection, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services targetting high level of customer satisfaction. Proven skills in conducting market intelligence management for management reports and decision making are essential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be between 35 to 45 years of age with over 10 years of work experience in the field of insurance, of which four years should have been in a senior managerial position with similar job responsibilities. Associateship from the Chartered Insurance Insurance Institute  of UK or similar qualification is preferable.
