Job description / Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the Dubai Office, this is a Sales and Sourcing role relevant to highly self-motivated individuals who have the credibility and confidence to succeed in a demanding sales & business development environment. Good potential for USD $ six-figure earnings for exceptional hunters.
Candidates will research, identify and communicate with Senior Level decision makers (contacts will normally include CEO and CFO/Controller level executives) from large and mid-size financial and non-financial corporations around the world.
Primarily working over the phone - extensive use for cold calling and relationship maintenance - you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating trade opportunities of distressed debt and insolvency claims.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a complex Sales or Business Development role in B2B, cross country and senior roles.
- Outbound sales and cold calling experience
- Technology adept
- Multilingual candidates will be given preference
- You must be a self-motivated and inquisitive individual, understanding what self-accountability is and that driving commercial outcomes impacts your earnings.
- Interest in finance & investments. Previous work in Financial Services in a commercial capacity is a plus.
- Experience in maintaining and utilizing contact databases.
- Exceptional work ethic and business behavior, as your counterparties will always be of senior profile.
- You must be accustomed to following corporate protocols in order to perform all duties according to standards, procedures and policies as established by the Firm or various state and federal regulatory bodies.
- Assist in communicating with other person(s) within our Firm as required to liaison with counterparties to the trading & clearing process.
- We will only consider outgoing personalities and firm believers in team play.
- As we are recruiting for this role now, candidates must be residing in Dubai or looking to move at short notice.
