Job description / Role
Our fantastic client were established in 2002 as a residential, leisure and commercial developer in Dubai and the Middle East. In the past 10 years they have expanded into Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.The company are building several projects in Dubai including Hollywood-themed apartment towers and a Trump International golf course including amazing villas.
As business grows and demand for these projects to be delivered and the next to begin as soon as possible, now means this client are seeking to employee a big personality with huge experience to work as Senior Vice President of Interior Design.
You must be able to work with the experienced management team of directors and senior managers all of which have significant experience in the real estate/hospitality construction industry.
To be successful in applying for this amazing position you will have a CV which demonstrates over 20 years of loyal, successful employment history in and around the D&B/Fit-Out industry. Ideally with a mixture of both Middle East and US/UK experience.
You will have previously worked on projects where costs amassed to over 30m per project. You will have the personality to work with all levels of employee as well as the ability to assert authority in Senior meetings with the Board of Directors who aim for high quality projects which result in high profits for this fast paced, high pressure and very exciting developer
Requirements
* Held senior/director position for over 10 years
* Experience in both residential and hospitality projects
* Extremely confident, especially communicating with bored of directors
* Manage people from top of business to bottom
* US/UK or Australian experience a must
* EU/US/AUS passport holders only
* Strong portfolio
* A CV which shows commitment to previous job roles.
