The RoleThe RoleVice President of Marketing and Sales, Saudi Arabia Our client, a global insurance company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing and Sales to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has to assist the CEO with strategic planning, budgets, projections, planning and execution of specific development projects as required. Responsibilities: • Liaise and interact with personnel in the insurance industry, customers and members of the business community. • Develop existing corporate business and initiate new business consistent with profit objectives of the business plans. • Manage the company operations with emphasis on business development, underwriting and control of credit and claims. • Ensure that the development and marketing initiatives detailed in the company’s action plan are implemented and targets achieved. |
RequirementsRequirements• University degree in Insurance, though ACII/FCII or an equivalent insurance qualification is mandatory. • At least 10-15 years management experience in insurance industry of which at least 8 years must be in senior development management role with a reputed insurance company in the GCC. • Proven track record of business development in the insurance industry and familiar with the SAMA Insurance Regulations.
