Job description / Role
I am currently recruiting for a VP of Marketing to lead a key department and join an integral part of a very successful business in Dubai.
My client are a well recognised and highly respected business group that strongly contribute to their growing markets.
Reporting into the CEO of Food, your role will require you to review the all strategies from ATL to agency usage and implement plans that will push the Marketing department forward and drive the success of an already market leading group.
You will be expected to bring new and innovative ideas to the role and be prepared to see them through from concept to production, in return you will not have the opportunity to join such a prestigious organisation, but have the opportunity to really make a difference.
You will need to have extensive experience of playing a similar part across a variety of sectors from FMCG to retail and understand the challenges that come with implementing change
Requirements
The successful candidate will;
- Have extensive experience and be well established within his trade - Marketing
- 5 years as a Senior Marketing Manager now looking for the next stage in the career
-Extensive experience in the FMCG industry Food in particular
- Experience of working with market leading brands
- Strong educational history
-Arabic national/ speaker
