Vice President of Private Equity - Riyadh - Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is seeking a Head of Credit to join their team in Riyadh. The role involves; assessing investment opportunities, drafting presentations to the investment committee and potential co-investors, reviewing and negotiating legal documents and so on. The individual must have top interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the institution and external parties.

Requirements

- Have at least 6 years experience in the private equity field with adequate transaction experience in infrastructure and/or in corporate finance/advisory
- Have excellent academic credentials with a CFA, Master in finance or business degree preferred
- Posses a strong knowledge of and significant experience within the MENA region
- Have solid numerical, financial analysis and business valuation proficiency
- Be able to display a strong ability to originate deals and transactions within the Saudi and GCC region
- Be fluent in English and Arabic
- Be a Saudi national

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Middle East region.

It is essential that the candidate MUST be bilingual (English/Arabic) and MUST be a Saudi national.
