Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious global English department store. Our client is looking to hire a Visual Merchandiser Manager for their store in Abu Dhabi.
This position will be responsible for creative merchandise presentations and seasonal fashion trend statements. You will also train, coach and develop a team of 3 Visual Merchandisers. You will analyze merchandising reports to review business results and take appropriate action to capitalize on business strengths.
This will include identifying best sellers and key items to optimize the operations of the department store.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years visual merchandising and display experience from within a department store environment. You should have an art, design or creative background and possess exceptional fashion knowledge. In addition, you should be extremely organized with the ability to prioritize your work coupled with solid planning, communication and leadership skills.
Our client is looking for a candidate with strong customer service orientation for this position.
