Visual Merchandiser

Job description / Role

• To deliver an excellent and leading in store experience for Axiom customers across all outlets, through co-ordination of promotional material, maintenance of planograms, live displays, and dummy handsets.
• To execute the KSA VM Plan across all stores on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, through store visits, store audits and Proactivity, as briefed.
• To produce a weekly and monthly schedule of stores that will be visited (and frequency of store visits by store category)
• To update the Stores promotional ‘hotspots’ with relevant campaign POS in line with marketing plan.
• To ensure that all the stores have the same Brand identity of the company as planned, new store openings have the correct merchandising materials delivered ON TIME, and to install this with the store team.
• To brief in store staff on the VM principles and ‘how to implement’ the weekly in store POS brief, through an induction module and in store sessions.
• To ensure that store price ticketing is up to date and of a high quality
• To manage the supply of dummy phones in stores to ensure that there is 90% stock availability at all times.
• To manage self through tracking sheets (task lists), weekly reports, and KPI tracker.

Requirements

• Team Leader level in Retail Environment
• High school or graduate
• 3 years retail experience
• Flair for in store POS and merchandising
• Valid driving license
• Own car
• English and Arabic speaking
