Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Successfully plan and implement gift with purchase, special events and new door opening in accordance with global guidelines. Implement the standards of Estee Lauder visual merchandising and ensure the brand image is upheld as per the brand guidelines.

Plan annual regional events calendar including global and local events per retailer with input from marketing and sales functions.
Develop tools to support regional events.
Generate event reports to facilitate review and evaluation. Analyze sales results for special events to determine the impact of the event; celebrate successes and devise action plans in case of poor performance.
Maintain regular contact with the special events team in New York, sharing results and feedback on a seasonal basis (both Brand and competitors).
Establish a VM strategy for the region including standard blue prints for equipment and a calendar for collateral and visuals as per marketing calendar.
Develop simple VM guidelines and tools for the region.
Catalogue typed of counter, tools and collateral as a reference for office and store teams.
Coordinate production of planograms with the marketing team and ensure they are distributed to field based and store teams.
Ensure equipment and collateral are ordered by distributors/retailers and that optimum stock levels are maintained (in conjunction with SEMs).
Analyze sales results for special events to determine the impact of the special event.
Establish sales targets and other KPIs per event.
Build and nurture relationships with customers by educating them with the new products, features and benefits of the new and existing products.
Performs other duties as directed in line with role and brand strategy.
Reflect ELC and brands grooming guidelines at all times.
Acts with integrity honor commitments, takes responsibility for decisions, and behaves consistently.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of relevant sales or retail operations experience preferably in a related industry.
- Knowledge of computer application Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Arabic Speaking is a plus.
- Experience managing a budget.
