The Role:

Manage & coordinate visual merchandising to drive sales performance through effective store layouts & window displays, maintaining the most effective visual merchandising standards including for promotions and all other general visual presentation opportunities across all operating markets.

Responsibilities:

*Ensure that the highest standards of visual merchandising are implemented & maintained. Work to assist the achievement of sales targets, driving sales performance through effective store layouts & window displays.

*Ensure brand standards are met & consistent throughout the brand and that equipment is put to cost effective use.

*Deliver on going training & coaching to share initiatives & best practices.

*Ensure the highest possible standards of customer service are offered on a daily basis.

*Follow Brand specific Visual Merchandising standards.

*Provide an up to date, consistently changing store visual display within brand specific guidelines.

*Arranges merchandise, signage, fixtures, mannequins and backdrops, utilising window packs, in-store layout guides, promotional collateral packs, equipment and fixturing updates.

*Sketch designs and store layout to maximise visual impact.

*Good general education, further education in visual merchandising, art & design desirable.

*3-5 years retail operations to include 2 years visual merchandising management.

*Good General Education.

*Energetic and confident.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Flexible, able to work under pressure.

*Working in high end fashion environment, able to react and take the initiative quickly.
