The RoleThe RoleA leading consumer electronics retailer with strongholds in the GCC requires a Visual Merchandising Manager for their operations. You will be heading a visual merchandising team. The ideal candidate must have previous similar experience in senior role preferably electronics industry. You will be expected to maximise sales through sourcing materials, implementing a planned store layout and have great commercial awareness. With plans to increase their existing portfolio you will be responsible to assist with their expansion and will be expected to maintain visual merchandising strategies to meet company objectives. You should have a great understanding of the Mid East market and multi cultural environment. Gaining consistency of visual merchandising standards across the Middle East. Identifying and implementing visual opportunities across the Middle East.Developing, planning and implementing seasonal layout guidelines.Capable of conducting training workshops and training centres of excellence.Analytical skills to be able to review business information to identify possible opportunities or risks.Good people management skills to enable person to effectively interact at all levels. |
RequirementsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience. Dyamic, Proactive & Creative Awareness of current Merchandising Techniques. Good communication and organizational skills. Should have an eye for Design and art. |
