The RoleThe Role Conduct, Execute, and Implement divisional set strategies & market studies to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall sales achievements. Personally manage and follow up existing bus accounts in the different market segments within UAE. Seek to develop relationships and network with senior personnel within key customer accounts and use the relationships to develop sales and the image of the company. Through close coordination with the product manager, communicate and negotiate with bus body builders using appropriate methods to ensure competitive technical & price offers are achieved |
RequirementsRequirements High people management skills and experience Degree in Business administration or Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Team player, Exceptional Presentation Skills, Proactive work style, creativity, energy Proficiency in the use of Personal Computers, and knowledge of Microsoft applications. Professional experience in the Bus Business, medium or heavy duty. Commercial Automotive or Heavy Equipment. Vast Knowledge of the local Gulf market dynamics. Able to communicate fluently in English ,written and spoken. Arabic is a definite plus. Minimum of 5 years of Sales management experience |
