Job Description

DCC Trade Operations is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the full trade cycle in the local Saudi Arabia market. The department interfaces directly with the local market entities including depositary, counterparts and regulators as well as other JPMorgan lines of business, internal and external clients.
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the capture, settlement and feedback to client liaison officers for the timely settlement of security transactions

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will be part of a team responsible for the settlement administration of the Saudi Arabia market.
• The applicant will be required to work as part of a team of individuals who will have shared responsibility relating to several key specific clients working to tight deadlines.
• Day to day task management, ensuring smooth running of the team.
• Work as a team to help strengthen the Trade product to minimise risk and maximise efficiency to facilitate growth.
• Investigation of trade discrepancies, this will involve liaison within internal with external parties involved in the Settlement process such as depositories, counterparties and clients.
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off
• Investigation and resolution of cash and stock breaks.
• Ensure key metrics are updated as required.
• Ensure adherence to internal escalation policies, maintain up to date awareness of risk policies and procedures, attest to operational procedures at required intervals and actively comply with ethics and behaviour standards.

•You will be flexible in working hours as there may be a requirement to cover workloads during busy periods with occasional requirement to cover bank holidays
•You will be a subject matter expert in securities settlements and trade support.
•You will have strong Risk and Control Awareness: Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to critical deadlines
•You will have a relevant degree
