Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-Coordinates and controls logistic & warehouse activities addressing the needs of the production plant as well as ensuring product reception and handling operations are executed appropriately in accordance with applicable procedures.

-Follow-up and coordinate for custom clearance, in-land transportation, material reception, visual inspection, handling, packaging, labeling, storage, and dispatch in accordance with Company and Clients procedures.

-Handle material reception & dispatch and inter-company movements in SAP system.

-Inventory management, annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

-Schedule and control the schedules of shipments receiving forecast input.

-Coordinate and follow-up on orders, all types of consumables and materials related to operations.

-Control delivery orders/schedule issuing status reports, checking its balances, order receipts date, and amount of the pipe ordered and delivered.

-Create and regularly updates KPIs.

-Prepare annual budget.

-Performs administration tasks of the area by reviewing, certifying, and controlling all suppliers invoices, receiving certifications and managing payments to suppliers as well as monitoring budget on a monthly basis.

-Commits to health, safety, and environment policies and notify situations that present potential risks.

-Attend and collaborate training activities in order to maintain and increase company’s knowledge and expertise.

-Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and policies.

-Complies with company policies, procedures, management standards, work instructions, risk analysis and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

-Protect from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his area.

Requirements

Dynamic person, responsible and committed with the company goals, able to take any task either the yard or the office, experience in people management.

Bachelor Degree, higher diploma

Experience: min. 3, max 5

SAP system working knowledge

MS-Office working Knowledge

English Fluency

Inventory control

Control reception
