The warehouse executive keenly watches over the quality of the products which moves in and out of the warehouse. He should maintain a strict record of all the goods which are available, lost, missing and of the goods which has been damaged.

Job Duties:

* Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities.
* Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
* Monitor receipts, put-away and picking procedures as deemed necessary, and instituting a consistent flow to assure a productive environment for warehouse staff.
* Acting in the capacity of the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager during the Warehouse Supervisor's and/or Manager's absence.
* Ensuring that the Warehouse Commitment to Service is upheld.
* Planning and conducting Parts Inventory and cycle count process.
* Ensuring the bin location assignment for NMP, stock transfers and bin location update in SAP with 100% accuracy.
* Investigating warehouse denials and determine root cause of denials.
* Conducting the investigation of DR claims by physical checking of stocks and comparing it with the current book quantity then submit the investigation result to the storekeeper.
* Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
* Overseeing the scanner and computer operations for compliance with Company procedures.
* Preparing and monitoring the methods used for unloading and loading, including proper safety handling procedures.
* Directing, auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function.
* Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times. This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
* Monitor packaging material supplies and notify the Supervisor when materials get to the restocking point.
* Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
* Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
* Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
* Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

* Problem-solving and analytical ability.
* SAP and Microsoft Office Application Skills.
* Stand/walk for duration of work hours.
* Education: College level or College graduate.
* Experience:  Minimum 3-5 years in similar position.
