Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading multinational company is looking for an experienced and technically qualified Warehouse Manager with experience in the Food and/or Consumer Goods industry to manage raw materials and finished goods, for location-specific warehouses. There are multiple positions available across the UAE, and successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing Warehouse & Logistics Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing warehouse facilities and Logistics team, in terms of raw materials and finished goods
• Optimizing distribution channels and resources
• Manage in-bound and out-bound movements of stock
• Product distribution, maintain relationships with 3PLs and monitor performance against agreements
• Manage warehouse and logistics activities in order to maintain continuous customer service
• Ensure good warehousing practices and resource optimization – labor, equipment, facilities etc.
• Manage and replenish inventory and stock levels for customers
• Lead and develop teams reporting into this position
• Implement and improve KPIs for warehouse performance

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor in Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mid-level management position in warehousing and logistics
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal /communication skills
• Excellent command of English is a MUST
• Required specific skills that include order management, demand / supply planning, inventory control, logistics and warehousing
